Vitamin D & K + Zinc.

Vitamin D

The importance of vitamin D is widely known. The body needs vitamin D for different functions. For example, our bodies may use vitamin D to help support the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestine.

Vitamin D may also be important for healthy bones. It can help the body to use calcium to support our bones. Vitamin D deficiency might occur when we don’t get enough vitamin D as part of our diet or through sunlight for example.

Some people get their daily dose of vitamin D from sunlight. The skin produces vitamin D when it is exposed to ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that can also play a role in bone health. Vitamin K is found in a variety of foods, including leafy green vegetables, dairy products, and meat.

Vitamin K is usually available in two forms: phylloquinone (K1) and menaquinone (K2). Milk, cheese, and yogurt, are also good sources of vitamin K. Fish, and eggs are also good sources of this nutrient.

Zinc

Zinc is a mineral that can also be essential for human health and wellness. It is also found in many different foods, including meat, seafood, dairy products, and legumes. Zinc can be an important support for a variety of functions in the body, and can play a role in cells, skin, hair, immune function, and the processing of carbohydrates and fats among others.

The beauty of collagen

Collagen is among the most abundant proteins of our body. Collagen is sometimes regarded as the glue that helps hold our body together. We can also find it in our connective tissues. Collagen might help provide specific support to these tissues.

Collagen is also responsible for the production of elastin, another protein that helps to keep tissues elastic. One of the many potential functions of collagen is to help provide support to the skin. It is often a major component of our skin's connective tissues, including the dermis (the inner layer of skin). Collagen may help support the skin firmness and elasticity.

Collagen can also be found in other parts of the body, including the tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. Like the skin, these tissues may also rely on collagen for support.

As we age, our bodies usually produce less collagen. There are a number of foods that are rich in collagen. Some of the most common sources of dietary collagen include bone broth, meat, fish, and eggs. As an example, bone broth is a soup or stock made from animal bones and connective tissues. It is a good source of collagen and other nutrients, such as minerals and amino acids.

Probiotics, Prebiotics, and SBOs.

Probiotics are microorganisms that may be useful to the host organism. One of the most common probiotics are bacteria that normally live in the gastrointestinal tract. They are also found in some dairy products, fermented and unfermented meat, and other food sources. Probiotics are often used for the role they might play on digestion, our stomach, overall gut wellness, or the bowel.

Prebiotics are referred as a type of dietary fiber that could support the beneficial bacteria in the gut. Prebiotics can be found in foods such as asparagus, artichokes, beets, chicory, garlic, leeks, onions, and tomatoes. Prebiotics can also be consumed in the form of supplements.

Soil-based-organisms (SBOs) are a type of probiotic that is found in the soil. Most often than not, SBOs probiotics are shelf-stable and don’t need refrigeration. They could also play a role on the bacteria that populates the digestive tract.

Mimosa pudica is a unique plant that has the ability to fold its leaves and branches when touched or shaken. This reaction is believed to be an adaptation that protects the plant from being eaten by animals. Mimosa pudica can be usually found in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. The plant is also known by other names, such as the sensitive plant, touch-me-not, and shameplant.

Mimosa pudica is a herbaceous perennial that typically grows to a height of 30–60 cm (12–24 in). The leaves are bipinnate with 20-40 pairs of pinnae, each pinna having 10-20 pairs of leaflets. The flowers are small and white, borne in axillary clusters. The fruit is a pod which usually contains several seeds.

Digestive wellness and gut.

Digestion is the process by which food is broken down into molecules that can be absorbed by the body. Digestion begins in the mouth, where teeth and saliva break down food into smaller pieces. The food then travels down the esophagus to the stomach, where acids and enzymes break down larger molecules into smaller ones. These small molecules are then absorbed through the intestinal wall and into the bloodstream. From there, they are distributed throughout the body to provide energy and nourishment.

The process of digestion is important for two reasons. First, it allows the body to absorb the nutrients it needs from food. Second, it helps to get rid of waste products that the body does not need. There are many different factors that can affect digestion, including what you eat, how much you eat, and how your body breaks down food.

The gut is a long, coiled tube that extends from the mouth to the anus. It plays an important role in digestion, absorption of nutrients, and elimination of waste products. The gut is lined with a layer of cells called the mucosa. The mucosa contains many small glands that secrete digestive juices into the gut. These juices help to break down food into smaller molecules that can be absorbed by the body. The gut is also home to a large number of bacteria. These bacteria play an important role in digestion and absorption of nutrients. They also help to get rid of waste products from the gut.
